Acitrezza, Sicily

On a rare rainy late afternoon in Sicily, we visited the coastal town of Acitrezza. Made famous by local legend, this town is home to the great stone pillars that a giant cyclops threw at Odysseus in the the Odyssey. Located below Mount Etna, this picturesque town became one of the picturesque on my Honeymoon.
