Update

It's been a while since my last post, but it's only because I've found myself extremely busy these past few weeks. I'm production a short film with a great bunch of guys for the Project Twenty1 Short Film Competition. If you're interested in seeing what I've been up to, take a look at gutsgutsgutsguts.blogspot.com, the official blog of this project.

AnimeNEXT 2012 - June 8, 2010

The slideshow below contains photographs I took at AnimeNEXT 2012. It's the largest independent Anime show of it's kind. While AnimeNext may have a dealer room, performances, and panels, just like other conventions of it's kind, it's real draw is the vast amount of cosplayers who attend. It's a great event for Cosplayers to meet and network, and for cosplay photographers alike.

The Ruins of Justice: Eastern State Penitentiary

Eastern State Penitentiary

For nearly 142 years, Philadelphia's Eastern State Penitentiary served as a model institution for criminal rehabilitation and reform. Dating back to 1829, such famous criminals as Al Capone and bank robber Willie Sutton saw themselves incarcerated within the prison's walls. In 1971, the prison closed it's doors and the castle-like structure was left to decay. In 1994 Eastern State Penitentiary was opened to the public as a museum.
